Chinatex Xinyuan Assets Management Co., Ltd. is a management company of non-core assets in Chinatex. It focuses on the value preservation and appreciation of high-quality state-owned assets (mainly real estate) as well as the liquidation and disposal of inefficient and invalid assets, so as to give full play to the efficiency of stock assets, improve the investment returns of state-owned assets, and support the development of Chinatex’s main business.
